¿µ¹®³»¿ë (English Abstract) |
Web Applications are software systems executed interactively between the user and the web server through a web browser. It is difficult to analyze and test web applications which are becoming more and more complex nowadays. Up to this time, several frameworks such as JUnit, NUnit, CxxTest, JsUnit, etc, have been developed and used for tests. Though these frameworks are convenient for generating and maintaining test codes, it is still a challenging task to analyse and understand web applications and write test codes based on semantic analysis of
those applications.
In this paper, we describe a test code generator, iTester, which is based on activity-oriented approach. This generator can help developers and testers understanding web applications by analyzing various users' activities performed while using those applications. Through experiments using iTester, we show that the proposed system can reduce time and efforts for generating test codes than existing test methods and improve users' convenience by removing inefficient components.
